    I came back to Osmow’s Streetsville after years—having been a regular at Lazeez recently—but this visit completely changed my loyalty. The food was absolutely amazing: fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. But what truly stood out was the service. The supervisor went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. His customer service was not just good—it was impeccable. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Because of him, I’ll be coming back here regularly from now on. Kudos to the whole team!

    I went to this location with my wife during dinner and all the staff were really helpful and friendly. We were served by a recently hired individual who was knowledgeable and answered our questions best way possible. I was really impressed with how well he gave customer service and i could see so much potential. I hope to see all chains to be patient with customers and give a personal touch and care delivering food.

    Soooooo gooooood. I think a great improvement since there’s a new owner now. I’ve noticed the quality of the food got way better. Also Aman is so sweet and gives great customer service, I actually love coming here because she always serves me with a smile and great energy! The chicken shawarma wrap with extra garlic sauce is chef’s kiss. I may be slightly addicted since I come here on a weekly basis. Overall amazing!

    Great location, parking at the back! Service is great and the food is fresh and delicious. Never that busy when I go. Prices a little high but still overall a great osmows location! Would reccomend coming here.

    I had my dinner here and the crew was so good and they guided me well what should i eat. Karan helped me ! Chicken was flavourful and juicy !

    I used to avoid this place but it’s totally different now under the new owner.... The place was clean, the food is way better and the guy with the glasses, i think his name was Rashik, he was super kind, welcoming, and you can tell he cares about what he does. He made me best wrap super fresh and tasty

    I stopped by Osmow’s to quickly use the washroom and was planning to buy a water as a thank you. The owner was incredibly kind and insisted it wasn’t necessary. It’s such a small thing, but it was really sweet and definitely left a lasting impression!
